This project comes out of experience working as an architect within large, often impersonal systems, and from ongoing conversations with designers and chefs about alternative ways of traveling and living. It's an attempt to do something more direct, smaller in scale, more specific to place, and more closely tied to the people who actually use it.
There's no fixed model behind this. Each project starts with its site, its history, climate, and building culture, and is developed with the people and materials already there. The goal isn't to impose something new, but to make something that actually belongs.
Ownership is structured to be simple. You own a share in one property, and that extends access across the network. There's no surge pricing or manufactured scarcity. The people who own it help shape what it becomes, where it grows, how it's used, and how it changes over time. The system is designed to stay clear and transparent, booking, costs, access.
The locations are still evolving. The intention is to develop a small number of properties over the next few years, shaped in part by the people who are involved.
As more places are built, the network expands. Access increases. Each addition strengthens what's already there. The goal is simple, to create something that works for everyone involved, with benefits shared across the people who make it possible.
